Retreat is for the woman who needs to leave her life for a few days to hear herself again, and who wants to do that inside a circle of women rather than alone. One to one is for the woman who has something specific and stubborn at the root, and needs the work built entirely around her. The certification is for the woman who has already been through her own reckoning and feels the pull to hold that for others.
If more than one of those is true, that is common. Start with a conversation and we will find the right beginning together.

Connect
Begin with a sacred consultation. A conversation where I listen, not just to your words, but to what lives beneath them. From here, we find the right pathway for your journey.
Step 02
Initiate
We enter the work together, through ceremony, retreat, or private sessions. Each journey is different because each woman is different. The medicine always knows what is needed.
Step 03
Integrate
Transformation does not end when ceremony does. I hold you through the integration, the weeks when everything is rearranging. This is where the real work lives.
