Terms & Conditions

Last updated 15 September 2026.

These terms cover this website and everything you book or buy through it: discovery calls, 1:1 sessions and journeys, the Divine Akashic Ascension™ certification, and the Healing Library. Divine Medicine is Kati Ackerman, based in Bundeena, NSW. You can reach us at hello@divinemedicine.com.au.

This is not medical advice

Kati’s work is holistic and spiritual. It complements, and does not replace, medical, psychological or other professional care. Nothing on this website, in a session or in any programme is a diagnosis, treatment or cure for any medical or mental health condition. Please keep working with your doctor or health professional, and do not stop or change any medication without their advice. If you are in crisis, call Lifeline on 13 11 14, or 000 in an emergency.

Psychedelics

Our role is to support those who have already chosen to explore psychedelics and are seeking help to integrate their experience. Any information about plant medicines, mushrooms or microdosing is for education and integration only. Many of these substances are illegal in Australia, and you are responsible for following the law where you live.

Discovery calls and sessions

  • Discovery calls are free and booked through our online scheduler.
  • 1:1 journeys (six weeks or twelve weeks) begin with an application, and are confirmed once paid.
  • If you need to reschedule a session or call, please give at least 48 hours’ notice. Sessions cancelled or missed with less than 48 hours’ notice cannot be rescheduled or refunded.
  • Please tell Kati about any physical or mental health conditions, medications or pregnancy before your session.

Divine Akashic Ascension™ certification

  • Enrolment is through our course platform, Thinkific, at the prices shown on the certification page at the time you enrol. The Early Bird rate is available only during its stated window, except for waitlist members, who keep it whenever they enrol.
  • A payment plan is a commitment to pay the full programme fee, in instalments.
  • The programme runs as 18 live sessions on Zoom, fortnightly on Tuesday evenings at 6.30pm AEST, beginning Tuesday 24th November 2026. Sessions are recorded, and recordings are yours to keep. If a session has to move, you will be told as early as possible.
  • The certification trains you in holistic and spiritual practice. It does not qualify you to diagnose or treat any medical or mental health condition. You are responsible for your own practice, insurance and any rules that apply where you work.
  • There are no refunds once you have enrolled, including on payment plans.

The Healing Library and digital products

  • Library purchases are digital and delivered straight away, for your own personal use. Please do not share, copy or resell them.
  • There are no refunds on digital products.
  • Free resources are delivered by email. Signing up adds you to our mailing list, and you can unsubscribe at any time.

Refunds

All sales are final and we do not offer refunds, including for change of mind. This does not affect your rights under the Australian Consumer Law, which cannot be excluded.

Testimonials

The words shared by clients and graduates are their own experiences, shared with their permission. Everyone’s experience is different, and no particular result is promised.

Everything on this website and in our programmes, including text, images, recordings, workbooks and activations, belongs to Divine Medicine. You are welcome to use it for your own healing and learning, but not to copy, share or sell it.
